in the past ten days? Their website disconnects, their phone number doesn't answer, except occasionally with a recording that sometimes plays and sometimes doesn't and they do not respond to messages.

(458 posts)several months ago, prior to the pandemic. It is a fantastic convoluted system. There are no local offices. Everything must be on the web. Once there is is a complicated maze, and impossible to get answers to problems, either on line or by phone. She was initially denied and the appeal process is even worse. The reimbursement is one of the lowest in the country.....she finally gave up...which probably the intent of the system....
