This 3 to 4 months in the spring when the legislature is in session is always a nailbiter and I think there's more coming down the pike yet. More and more, for the last 10-15 years they've been trying to muck with the Constitution.

And folks with Oregon and Washington license plates will get pulled over as much as those with California plates.
