Five Candidates Vie For Three Trustee Seats In Twin Lakes Spring Election

TWIN LAKES, Wis. — Voters in the Village of Twin Lakes will choose three village trustees at the Spring Election scheduled for Tuesday, April 7, 2026, with five candidates appearing on the ballot and no primary election required.

Nomination papers have been filed by all three incumbents, along with two additional challengers, meaning voters will see all five names on the April ballot. Because the number of candidates does not exceed twice the number of available seats, a Spring Primary will not be held. “The ballot will instruct voters to ‘Vote for no more than three (3)’,” said Twin Lakes Clerk Sabrina Waswo.

All three sitting trustees are seeking another term. Incumbents include Barb Andres, Bill Kaskin, and Ken Perl. Each has filed the necessary paperwork to remain in office, setting up a contested race despite the absence of a primary.

Joining the incumbents on the ballot are Robert Livingston and Bryan Neal, both of whom are making bids for trustee seats this spring. With three positions available and five candidates competing, the April election will determine the final makeup of the Twin Lakes Village Board for the next term.
