What's Going On? - So Far 'The Chicago Tribune' & 'The Daily Herald' Both Endorsed Rauner....

I don't get the 'Sun-Times' so I don't know if they made their endorsement yet. Do these newspapers want Wisconsin, Florida, style government here in Illinois? I just don't get it?

Corporate media, owned by billionaires, endorses fellow billionaire. Big business loves business people who run for office promising to cut taxes and regulations on businesses. The people at the top don't care what happens to the people at the bottom, or the middle.

Sun-times says they don't endorse candidates any more. Said it back in 2010. And they haven't since. Except when they decide to change their minds.

Voting for Quinn. Bruce sucks!

I wish we had a candidate we could be excited about. It's going to be difficult to get people out to vote for Quinn.

Governor Quinn has done what voters say they want in a leader. He has made tough , principled, unpopular decisions to fix the cluster f he inherited from that clown Blagojevich and 24 years of Republican governors before that
We paid the pension funds the proper amount once in the last 50 years. You don't undo that kind of FUBAR overnight and without pain.
When Governor Quinn took office our back due bills were 18-24 months old. We are now down to a 30-60 day schedule.
It's about damn time we Democrats quit dumping on our office holders that are making the tough decisions we all say we want them to.

I am not at all surprised the Tribune endorsed Rauner. They are almost always in support of the Republican candidate.

....His best move was suspending pay to all of the elected officials, including his own, until they came back to the negotiating table...

Fuck Bruce Rauner.

Twice.
