Lincolnshire becomes a "Right-to-Work-for-Less" camp

We need to recall Bruce Ruiner NOW!!! His cronies on the Lincolnshire village board approved a "Right-To-Be-Exploited" ordinance. If it's supposed to be good for jobs, why did they exempt public workers, like police officers and fire fighters?
