For elderly or disabled people who need in home Chicago and suburban Cook County vaccines:

For Chicago:
The City of Chicago is providing in-home COVID-19 vaccination for Chicago residents who are unable to leave home due to age, disability, or medical impairment. This program is intended to provide access to COVID-19 vaccine in a safe, equitable, and effective method to this population.

To help ensure the safety of eligible individuals, Protect Chicago Homebound will also provide COVID-19 vaccine access to caregivers and persons living with the homebound individual. Using this method, the Protect Chicago Homebound program will help close gaps in vaccine accessibility, to meet the needs of Chicago’s diverse population.

Please remember that City of Chicago vaccination sites are ADA accessible, and this program is specifically for Chicago residents who are unable to leave home for medical reasons. Individuals living outside the City of Chicago are not eligible for this program.

For Suburban Cook County more info on signing up here:

For other counties please google your county and see if there is a homebound vaccine program. I think it is statewide.
