I believe this one belongs in the Iowa forum, though. When I clicked on the link that says "click here," I was taken to this page: https://elections.scottcountyiowa.gov/vote/absentee_ballot_requests/

Scott County, IA , is in the Quad Cities, on the Iowa side of the Missippi River.
