Anti-Gay Pastor Arrested For Grabbing Man’s Genitals, Soliciting Oral Sex

A southern Indiana minister whose church teaches that gay sex is a sin was accused of soliciting gay sex at a park. Gaylard Williams (I’m not making his name up. I think it’s Fabulous), pastor of Praise Cathedral Church of God in Seymour, was arrested for allegedly approaching a man parked at a lake, squeezing his genitals and asking to perform oral sex.

The man told the 59-year-old pastor that he was “barking up the wrong tree.”

According to WLKY, the man took down the pastor’s license plate and called the police.

Towleroad reports:

Williams allegedly left the scene after the victim acted like he was reaching for a gun. Police later found gay pornography in the pastor’s car.

According to ‘Church of God’ beliefs, homosexuality is a sin, also, “We will engage in those activities which glorify God in our body and which avoid the fulfillment of the lust of the flesh.” And of course, marriage is between a man and a woman.

Most of the cruising spots I've known about have been open air, rest areas on the way out to the burbs, one end of one of the Emerald Necklace parks in Boston, two local parks here in NM. It's where the deeply closeted men in hetero marriages go for anonymous quickies, they can't be seen in gay bars or other more comfortable places.

Bushes are a definite plus.

He was probably looking all provocative or something. Or maybe he was the Devil in disguise forcing the good Pastor to act out of character. Or an anti-Christian provocateur trying to besmirch the pious Pastor and Christianity. And, as if it is needed .
