We just voted - dropped our completed ballots in the drop box at the auditor's office

will check tomorrow to verify that they were received.

In the few minutes we took to drop our off, at least ten others did also. This is late morning in Muscatine. A far larger number than I would have expected at that time. We got our ballots in the mail yesterday.

I would guess there were at least that many in the auditor's office voting. Feels like it will be a big turnout.

Now I must respond to the mailed request for a donation from the Trump campaign....................

It was so exciting!

I think I am going to take our ballots down to the Auditor's office.

Is the drop box inside the office?

Had to search for a lot of the names individually. And even then there wasn't much info on some of them.

On our ballot most of the judges were appointed by Kovid Kim within the last two years.

We had a non-partisan voter registration booth at the local farmers market. Almost everyone we talked to had already registered and/or requested an absentee ballot. And people were even enthusiastic about voting!

I'm a little concerned about the 100K ballot requests that Trump got invalidated in IA. Hopefully that has been properly remedied.

I believe the auditors in question will be able to get things sorted out in time and will get those votes in.
