Of course Brainfart had to give his two cents on the police shootings.

Brainfart never heard of discretion being the better part of valor;

He made those comments at his weekly news conference Monday in Des Moines, when asked about the officer-involved shootings of black men in Louisiana and Minnesota.

"I think everyone need to be treated with respect and dignity, and I think we need to realize that if we're stopped by a police office we need to be compliant and follow the instructions and hopefully that could avoid problem," Gov. Branstad said.

Black Lives Matter protests have broken out across the country after the shooting deaths of Alton Sterling in Louisiana... and Philando Castile in Minnesota.
