Like you were expecting Iowa Republican politicians to quit backing Trump?

Of course our Republican politicians either agree with that shit gibbon unbelievable j--z trumpet or are too chickenshit to withdraw their endorsements.

U.S. Rep. Rod Blum, R-Iowa, issued a statement Saturday denouncing the remarks, but he would not address whether he still supported Trump.

“Gov. Branstad and Lt. Gov. Reynolds think these comments were reprehensible and offensive, but support the vision Donald Trump and Mike Pence have for a stronger, more secure America,” Branstad spokesman Ben Hammes wrote in a statement.

U.S. Sen. Joni Ernst, R-Iowa, sent a tweet Saturday morning stating there was no excuse for Trump’s “lewd & insulting” comments.

U.S. Sen. Charles Grassley, R-Iowa, also denounced Trump, but continued his support of his candidacy, stating Trump’s apology Friday was “necessary and appropriate.”
