You know it's bad for Comey when even Senator Lawnmower is on his case...

Some of the Grassley of old finally coming through?

Iowa Sen. Chuck Grassley said FBI Director James Comey's letter to Congress on emails related to the aide of Democrat Hillary Clinton left a lot more questions than answers.

In a letter, Grassley said the vague disclosure is not fair to Clinton, Congress, or the American people.

He said people should know what evidence the FBI has discovered.

"Unfortunately, your letter failed to give Congress and the American
people enough context to evaluate the significance or full meaning of this development," he said in a letter.

In a letter Monday, Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) asked FBI Director James Comey for more information about his Friday announcement that the agency is looking into emails "pertinent" to its investigation of Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server as secretary of state.

Grassley also suggested that the Justice Department may have withheld investigative tools from the FBI, undermining its ability to investigate Clinton's server.

"If the FBI is denied the ability to gather evidence through compulsory means, Secretary Clinton and her aides have enormous leverage to negotiate extraordinary concessions in exchange for voluntary cooperation," he wrote.

It's Dept of Justice blocking poor FBI. He wants grand jury for Clinton Foundation too. Standard Grassley blather.

Tax payer funded opposition research is what it is in my opinion.
