TH laying on the bulls--t pretty thick for Lundgren

Ugh

A first-term Republican state lawmaker pledged to continue to run on a pro-life platform and reach across the aisle.

"I consider myself a moderate. I'm willing to listen and try to find solutions together and work on both sides," said Iowa Rep. Shannon Lundgren. "I vote my district."

Lundren, a Peosta business owner, kicked off her bid to seek a second term in the Iowa House of Representatives at the Asbury Eagles Club tonight. She represents District 57, which includes covers Asbury, Bankston, Bernard, Dyersville, Epworth, Farley, Holy Cross, Peosta and Sherrill.

Her event drew some of the state's top Republicans. Guests included state GOP Chairman Kaufmann and Linda Upmeyer, a Republican from Clear Lake who serves as speaker of the Iowa House.
