Governor Sam Brownback has presided over one of the most corrupt administrations in memory, with lobbyists spilling out of his office and ex-employees landing fat jobs once their time in government ended. Kansas is worst (50th) in internal audits. Meanwhile, its policy on making and passing laws as well as hiding information stands as a disgrace to democracy.
