Voting on Lloyd Austin to be Defense Secretary

Our 3 repug congressmen Tracey Mann, Jake LaTurner, Ron Estes all voted NAY on Biden's pick for Defense
Secretary. Why do they feel a successful and respected retired 4 Star General is not up to the job? Is it
because of the color of his skin? Sure hope these 3 haven't been talking about "unity" lately since they
want to hamstring the Biden administration from getting up and running..

I do not believe that a military person, whether or not s/he is retired, should be in this position. It should go to someone who has not been in the military. This way, decisions could not be made with the bias of the military.

Because they have first hand knowledge of the death and destruction military operations can inflict.
Maybe we should have a vetting process to separate the hawks from the doves?

Dear friend,

Following a challenging 2020, there is hope on the horizon.
Operation warp speed - a joint effort by the trump administration,
congress and americia's most talented scientists and doctors.
..bow wow woof woof...

Estes, you worthless piece of shit, the yellow haired traitor had nothing to do

with promoting or advancing any help for the thousands dying every day.

At the bottom of the pamphlet it says;

"Paid for by official funds authorized by the house of representative..."

You can bet your ass a winger wouldn't use theys own $$ to promote

President Bidens plan...

These same three congresscritters were among the Rs that were so moved that they felt they had to question the legitimacy of the election results so I'm not at all surprised by their votes. But they probably voted during a group memory lapse because there are three military bases- Ft Leavenworth, Ft Riley, and McConnell AFB. In the long run, it wasn't a smart move on their part.
