Related: About this forumSen. Roger Marshall, M.D. just claimed there's no need for the vaccines
Senator Marshall said in part,......"This vaccine mandate is a slap in the face of so many people that ran
to the battle. The nurses, the doctors, the ambulance drivers, our police officers, they developed natural
immunity because there was no vaccine. The natural immunity [is] well proven to be better than vaccines,"
That's right we don't need a vaccine, just be around people sick with the coronavirus and you'll develop
a natural immunity against covid. Full article here, no paywall......

And since he's an anti-masker, I guess we shouldn't wear them around sick people

(3,547 posts)He chose to use "natural immunity" to protect himself.
He leaves a wife (also non-vaxer) and three young children. All of them have prior infections and are counting on THAT to protect them...just as it did the dead father.
The death cult can not see beyond their biases. Better to die a horrible death then break the spell of the echo chamber.

(34,401 posts)who drove his truck after a man that he was angry with and chased him around in a pasture trying to run him over with his truck. It is hard to find the articles about that now, or it was when he was running, but everyone around here knew it.
He is an opportunist. He refers to himself as Doc Marshall and wanted to put that on the ballot even though his Democratic opponent was also a doctor. She never used that as a reason to vote for her. He birthed thousands of babies but as an Anesthesiologist she surely helped abort many , it went something like that. Like he knew for a fact that ever other doctor has had to do that, or wants to.
I am not surprised he says this. I believe he knows better as many of them do but it is not the best political position for him so.....who cares how many die as long as I get my place in the government.
He has no brains. I have no idea how he got through medical school. No brains, an asshole, a perfect match for our state. I thank goodness that my county is blue (for now).

Ctually, I would be interested in his maternal and infant mortality rates.

(6,456 posts)A thought experiment:
Put 100 people in a big room.
Release the virus.
Stand back.
80 people die, 20 survive, half of whom end up with lifelong problems.
Observing doctors:
1: Look! 80% fatality rate, we need vaccinations to protect the population!
2. Look! 20% survived, natural immunity works!
3. Look! 10% ended up with life long problems. Vaccines would have prevented that!
Now obviously doctors 1 and 3 have the best interests of the whole population in mind.
Doctor 2? A nutcase trying to prove a point.
Marshall MD, no need to guess which number applies to you.
