They usually vote in greater numbers than men anyway, and in this case I wouldn't be surprised if the ratio is 60% W-40% M, but that's just my wild guess.

I am a neighbor to Kansas.

A Kansan might want to ask themselves “why are they spending fortunes to supposedly keep in place the existing situation”?

I must say, the activists on the “no” side have done a terrific job countering the assault on our rights. Their ad content and placement in town is terrific!

The “yes” side, who probably were planning to skate this assault through in an August primary, have suddenly resorted to saying the “yes” vote would “put a stop to Biden and Pelosi’s liberal agenda”. I am hoping this move is a big mistake on their part. As in, suddenly their agenda seems less about “valueing them both”, and more about something else entirely.

Some of the ads have described the choice as a government mandate. Repubs hate mandates so it might be a smart message. Others have used local physicians promoting a no vote.
