And then force him to resign in disgrace and take the entire administration with him.

(17,995 posts)promote and participate in a prayer revival so long as he does not use state resources for the promotion, and the revival does not use state resources either (for example they are just one of many parties that can rent the convention center if it is government owned).
That being said I wonder if Bobby was aware of when the last time the good book was actively taught in Louisiana schools and prayers were led by representatives of the state. It is the same time that folks would have hung him if he dared date or marry a woman of European descent. Also he would have to be careful using the Whites Only fountain. Voting would also have been an interesting experience.
