Related: About this forumWhy do so many people admire Paul.
This morning channel 5 W A B I out of Bangor had the results of yesterdays poll whether Le Page Should resigned. Out of over three thousand people that responded forty nine percent said no. Any one want to comment on why?

These are the poor counties. Some where they missed Paul wants them gone and replaced with more affluent people.

I worked and lived all over this state and it is true northeast and north west of Bangor has a different political outlook. Many families were independent workers and lived off the land. farmers, fisherman, woodsman etc. businesses were often family run although lumber, paper a few grocery chains in the bigger towns until the second world war. Then came the military bases, new blood in the area and the youth going into the military to see the world. If you wasn't republican you were lucky to get into a paper mill and if you did after chasing shifts for a few years you were stuck at low level positions. what I am saying is if "JESUS" was a democrat
or an native American he would have a hard time being accepted there.
These people's DNA is republican. And the mind set is almost impossible to change. They would follow the pied piper off the cliff and praise him as they fell .

(13,570 posts)3. That's not a scientific poll. His right wing Trump/LePage lovefest idiots flood those fake "polls."
The reality is that a good majority of Mainers want this lunatic gone.
