(10,237 posts)Winthrop us a wonderful Maine town, unless you have a kid in muddle school or high school, where the principals (along with the superintendent) have the view that they have the schools from the movie Pleasantville.
Kennebec county in central Maine is well worth considering unless you have a specific reason to be looking at Baileyville.
