what do you think about us not being able to use drivers license for Id

king la fool has again shown his complete disregard for taking care of all the Maine people. We can no longer use our Maine license for Id's to get on a military base and soon to even board a plane! Every time this fool uses the excuse it cost us money he ends up costing us way more than he ever saves.

Personally I would just get a passport. Think of all the people that do not know how to drive (bigger percentage every year) or who have lost their driving rights. I really do not see the point of tying travel to a drivers license, if anything it should be the opposite.

My wife and I are in the process of getting passport cards right now. They will get you on a plane for domestic flight and into Canada and Mexico. About thirty bucks each.

I was told they would also be limited in time- an were only good for canada and mexico-u don't need just a drivers license -u use to be able to get a state id card-more ways for the right to pluck ur pocket
