Maine
Related: About this forumReflections on the 2022 summer, so far.
Unbelievably great when compared to the rest of the world. We've had perfect rain systems over the past few weeks. Soaking, but not erosive. Plenty of sun, but low humidity. Predictably, the grass, plants have slowed down, but still a lot of green vegetation everywhere.
I love this place.

One, fire safety.
Two, wildlife.
A deep pool (8-9 ft), at one end , shallow (2 feet)) at the other end. Plant natural filtration plants. Maybe pay for a pounded well and solar pumps to keep it filled. Keep the beavers from inhabiting because, Giardia.
