The police union and the city of Boston are more than disgusting insofar as they allowed him to keep working full time as a police officer after an investigation in 1995 sustained child rape charges against him. And you have to wonder how many other victims there were, and what other horrid things he did while sporting a uniform, a badge and a gun.
