6 Democrats vying for 4 open seats on Muskegon Township board

MUSKEGON TWP., MI - There are four open seats on the Muskegon Township Board of Trustees this election season, and a list of candidates are vying for their chance to serve.

There are six Democratic candidates that voters will narrow down to four in the primary election this Aug. 6.

The Democratic candidates that will be on the primary ballot for township residents are Jenni Bowen, David Keift Jr., Robert Grabinski, John Hughes, Joe Kemp and William Ream - the latter four are incumbents and make up the current board.

The four top vote-getters will face off three Republican candidates this November; Steven Browers, Carolyn Jurecki and Christopher Kaijala.
