'The Michigan Court of Appeals has ruled against Nestl's Ice Mountain water

brand in a judgment that said its bottled water is not an "essential public service." The ruling by a three-judge panel reversed a prior judgment by an Osceola County Circuit Court judge that said Osceola Township could not use zoning laws to block Nestlé from building a pumping station. Environmental groups have moved to block the planned station, arguing that it would have an adverse impact on nearby wetlands. The appellate judges rejected Nestlé's argument that its water bottling operation is a public service given that water is "essential to human life." – DETROIT FREE PRESS

In fact, it can be shown nestle sequesters that essential fluid and keeps it away from those who could benefit most from it.
