Man says he shot at, vandalized neighbors' Michigan home over Black Lives Matter sign

A white neighbor who shot at a Black family’s Michigan home, slashed tires on a vehicle, and wrote racist graffiti on a truck, told a judge that he did it because of a Black Lives Matter sign in the window.

BTW that is the face of somebody who has lived in a Fox News Bubble of toxic misinformation and
over the years he associated with friends, family, and others who are deeply racist too.

Why wasn't he charged with a hate crime, someone could've been killed.

Let's see, if a black man slashed the tires and shot a gun at a house with a rump sign, would he get only 4-10 or life if he even made it to the jail?
