... Fair State Brewing Cooperative in Northeast Minneapolis. Starting Dec. 10, anyone grabbing a beer at Fair State will need to show not just an ID but also proof of vaccination... the bartender will check your vaccination status with a vaccination card, a picture of your card or an app showing your records. Also accepted are negative tests within 72 hours.
At Namaste Cafe in Uptown, the host will check vaccination status at the door. Similarly, theyre accepting a card, photo of the card, or app. No negative tests are accepted, although you can dine on the patio without proof of vaccination. ... Schaefer says their vaccination requirement has been in place for four weeks.
Places like First Avenue and its sister venues have had a requirement in place for months. They tell us its going smoothly.
More restaurants, bars and venues like the Chanhassen Dinner Theatre are requiring it, too.
The Docket App ( https://apps.apple.com/us/app/docket-immunization-records/id1117444284 ) is free and will load your vaccination records. Its also a good idea to keep a picture of your vaccination card on your phone.

with the addition of the Dec 3rd 5,682 new cases
https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2021/us/minnesota-covid-cases.html

We also beat Michigan, which is now #3 in highest daily new cases per capita, 7 day moving average
Minnesota is #2
New Hampshire is #1
Wisconsin is #4, NoDak is #6
The U.S. as a whole -- 7 day moving average of daily new cases has surpassed the pre-Thanksgiving peak and is now the highest since Oct 3, reversing exactly 2 months of progress.
