Black is white; the sun rises in the West

and Republicans (Jensen) claim that abortion is protected in Minnesota while Democrats disagree.

WCCO's Esme Murphy had an interesting discussion with Professor David Schultz who offered several long term scenarios on how it can be overturned.

R legislative body and R governor pass a law that later reaches the MN Supreme Court;

A ballot measure passed by the voters;

An R AG who will challenge a recent decision by a judge (a similar one, the recent one has time limit);

Chipping away like setting new conditions of when abortions are still legal;

All long term including an R governor nominating new judges to the supreme court but then, the anti choice crowd waited 50 years to achieve their goal.

Interesting interview. I don't know whether it can be found online.

New map is pushing the RED in Minnesota to a HUGE DEGREE. Took a huge bite out of BLUE all the way down to Rochester.
