But this is nuts. Even if it didn't mean running against an incumbent Democratic president, I just don't see where he's got the cred for a presidential run. Ego is a terrible thing.

First, he should have waited after the elections. But even then, I wondered, when did he have in mind. Himself? He is barely known in Minnesota how is he going to build a resume? In six months?

I wonder if he really thinks he can deal with the likes of McConnell, McCarthy, etal by finding common ground. If so, this delusion is more serious that it first appears.
