He will pants him, steal his lunch money, give him a swirly and stuff him in his locker. Walz is a nice guy most of the time but he can be a bulldog, and he's very smart.

and he is unlikely to allow Vance to get a way with lying, or slandering people either. And as a Governor, I imagine his grasp of the nuts and bolts of running things is pretty strong as well. And he is funny as hell, so I have a feeling he will clean Vance's clock given the chance.
