Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker is bringing his 2016 presidential campaign to Minnesota next week for a speech on health care and to attend a local fundraiser.

Walker will reveal his plan to repeal and replace Obamacare, during a speech Tuesday morning in Brooklyn Center, according to a campaign media advisory.

He’ll deliver the speech at Cass Screw Machine Products.

Later that day, Walker will appear at a fundraiser in St. Paul for the Minnesota Jobs Coalition, a political organization that helps elect Republican candidates.

Remember, the ACA was based on a moderate Republican plan to reorganize health care. They cannot remove what they have already passed. They make noise to appeal to the base but the core of the ACA is based on 90's GOP Think Tank policies (not Tea Party of today).
