Supreme Court questions A.G. Schmitt's standing in vaccine suit
WASHINGTON, D.C. The U.S. Supreme Court heard two cases on Friday pertaining to the Biden Administration's COVID-19 vaccine mandate, including one helmed by Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt.
The case, Biden v. Missouri, initially began in November, as Schmitt, also a Republican senate candidate, launched his third lawsuit targeting the vaccine mandate. That third suit focused on the requirement that all healthcare workers and other recipients of Medicare and Medicaid be inoculated against COVID-19.
The nine justices questioned the Biden Administration's counsel on the legality of the vaccine requirements.
"Could you please tell me whether this is unprecedented in terms of what [the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services] generally does?" Justice Sonia Sotomayor asked at one point.

As they should, Schmitt is just a horse's behind doing nothing but grandstanding to get more attention drawn to himself for his Senate Campaign.
