3 mailings this week and nothing from Bernie. What are other Nebraskans experiencing? Also heard Chelsea was campaigning in Omaha yesterday at a small venue. Did anyone hear anything about that?

(23,156 posts)or perhaps still undecided, but are the mailings in any way swaying you? If you're a Hillary person, are they affirming your choice? If a Bernie person, how do you perceive those mailings?

(9,494 posts)I kind of assumed Bernie would win Nebraska like Obama did but not if she's the only one mailing and campaigning here. The first thing I got was just saying that Chelsea was going to be at Four Sisters Cafe i think was the venue. The second one was a letter asking for me to caucus for her and just highlighting her selling points that you would already know if you were paying any attention. The third thing was a pamphlet again just highlighting the same things and saying she is ready for "all aspects" of being president. I'm not sure how it would really sway anyone. Just get out the vote kind of stuff. As a Bernie person, it's just kind of concerning that Hillary seems to have an organization doing something in Nebraska and I haven't seen anything from Bernie so far.

(23,156 posts)If I were an uncommitted voter at this points, those mailings would move me very strongly towards Hillary. When do you guys vote? Perhaps, since you are a Bernie person (I am to, for what that's worth) you might want to contact the national campaign and let them know about this.
I live in New Mexico. Our primary is in June. So other than I'm aware of a very committed local Bernie group, there is nothing official going on here. And we're a state with not many people or delegates, so we're one of those that hardly counts.
But I do like living here. I'm in Santa Fe, and if nothing else, I love the amazing clear night skies.

(9,494 posts)so it's not that far off. It will be decided by June. It's crazy how early this all has gotten. I've always thought New Mexico would be a cool place to visit although you never hear of anything specific to go see there.
