Manchester man who filed $25M lawsuit after he was paralyzed in custody dies

Fern Ornelas, a Manchester man who sued the city and county after he was paralyzed six years ago, has died.

His attorney, David P. Angueira, said Saturday that Ornelas, 60, died in a Dover hospital, where he was being treated for complications from recent surgery.
