NH Primary Election Results: Feltes Holds 3,200 Vote Lead

CONCORD, NH — Concord state Sen. Dan Feltes, while holding a firm lead of thousands of votes over Andru Volinsky, another Concord attorney, claimed victory Tuesday for the Democrat's nomination for governor.

Despite 83 percent of the wards and precincts reporting in the state showing Feltes with a 5,000-plus lead, however, Volinsky has not conceded. The race has also not been called for Feltes.

Volinsky said he might wait until Wednesday to officially concede, choosing to wait for more results to come in before giving up.

The race between both candidates was expected to be tight especially after financial filings showed more than 12,000 small donations for Volinsky — while Feltes raised and spent more money.
