SPOTLIGHT RACE: Heath Howard for NH-HD-Strafford 4

In 2016 Heath broke his back in an accident at Mount Sunapee, which has resulted in 2 major surgeries. It was dealing with our healthcare system that led him to being involved in local politics to try and make a difference. As a life-long resident of Strafford and Barrington, Heath has seen first hand the difficulties that people like him in our community have faced and he works to bring that experience to Concord.

The son of an ocupational therapist in a local school district, Heath knows the struggle that our teachers and schools go through. School budgets are being slashed and special education is one of the first things to go. We need to provide more resources for students and teachers to provide the highest quality education no matter who you are.

In the House, Heath has been working on everything from broadband access to increased education funding to campaign finance reform. With a 100% attendance record and offering to substitute whenever he can, you know you can count on Heath to fight for Strafford and Barrington.
