New Hampshire Supreme Court Associate Justice Anna Barbara Hantz Marconi was charged with two felonies, Attempt to Commit Improper Influence and Criminal Solicitation of Improper Influence, in connection to an investigation of her husband, Geno Marconi, who is director of the New Hampshire Port Authority.
