NASHUA, N.H.
Cellphone video of an arrest in Nashua is raising concerns about whether excessive force was used.
Nashua police said the incident is under review. They said the officer involved is filling out a use of force report as part of the department's standard operating procedure.
On the video, the screams of the 44-year-old Chinese woman can be heard as she was placed under arrest Tuesday at the Apple Store in the mall.

Either of these burly-looking cops could have taken down this woman with one arm. But no, they had to play with their body-zapping, scream-inducing, ego-swelling toy.

Li said she was at the store to buy several iPhones for family members in China. She bought two on Friday and was looking to get more, but the store asked her to leave because of company policy that limits iPhone purchases to two per customer.
This still doesn't make sense to me. All they had to do was refuse to let her purchase the phones; why did she have to leave the store? Unless she was at the cash register and was making a scene because they wouldn't sell them to her (and perhaps not able to understand what the problem was).
But no matter what, it was cowardly for the cops to shoot her with the stun gun if she did not have the physical ability to actually resist the arrest.
