Howie Carr's lawyer says Keene man's lawsuit for $800K 'without merit'

CONCORD — Conservative radio talk show host Howie Carr’s lawyer said a Keene man’s breach of contract lawsuit to get $800,000 in damages from Carr is “factually and legally without merit.”

Jared Goodell of Keene, a former operations manager on the Howie Carr Show, accused Carr of attempting to hack one of his personal email accounts and of violating a no-conduct clause in a settlement agreement reached last February.

The lawsuit claims Carr sent Goodell at least 14 emails since March 16 to his personal email address in Keene in breach of the agreement.

The suit claims they all came from an email server of the Howie Carr Show Enterprises LLC.
