Crow poop covers downtown Trenton as city looks to cope with the mess

TRENTON >> The crows have decorated downtown Trenton in their own way.

Sidewalks in the South Warren Street corridor and near the Justice Hughes Complex are completely speckled with white, brown and black.

“The whole area actually is covered,” one woman said in an email to The Trentonian. “And I mean covered in bird s**t. The smell is toxic. It’s everywhere. Like a blanket. And all these people are walking through it and bringing it into the buildings around it. It’s going to be causing a lot of illnesses.”

The city is aware of the problem and looking to address the issue.
