Video shows Hamilton mayoral candidate David Henderson badmouthing black utility worker
HAMILTON A former Cablevision employee is calling mayoral candidate David Henderson a terrible person and racist after producing video footage showing the outspoken Republicans combative ways.
A person like that should not be trying to run for office to take control of an entire town, Ollie Miller, an African-American, said of Henderson, who is white. Its going to be bad for that town if this guy takes office.
Years before he decided to challenge Hamilton Mayor Kelly Yaede in the June 4 primary election, Henderson stepped outside of his township house and confronted Miller with heated language and vulgar hand gestures.
The incident occurred in broad daylight Monday, Feb. 29, 2016, in front of the Henderson residence on Sharps Lane, according to Miller, who recorded a small portion of the encounter on video.
