(24,088 posts)We are getting them almost daily. I like it when it rains late in the afternoon and things cool down, but it's miserable when it rains in the early afternoon and then clears up and it's so freaking hot and steamy - I hate that. Lukily it's been raining later or raining long enough that it doesn't clear up before nightfall, so good so far. Of course, the steam days are coming here, it's unescapable.

(33,643 posts)We're at the part of the year where it rarely drops below 80F, day or night. 85F is more the normal low, in fact.
