I went there around 10 years ago, and the place smelled horrible. People were stomping out butts on the carpet.

Maybe they can change that law and request it again in a year or so.

Why are casino's exempt, if indoor smoking is banned everywhere else in NJ?

fans needed to remove smoke would make being in the casino, unpleasant.
