Albuquerque for years has passed up opportunities to hire quality professionals from around the country and keeps plugging in local back slapping good old boys who have been sharing a beer with their brothers in blue for years.
Now Medina is going to clean up the system and make it work better? Get rid of the bad cops?
Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.

We discouraged friends from moving to ABQ b/c they have an adult son living with them who has mild developmental disabilities and recurring issues with mood disorders.
I'm sure they would have been welcome additions to the ABQ community as she is a physician and he has capitalized a string of small businesses and handed them off to community owners in Baltimore.
But they don't want to put their son's life at risk.
So... no ABQ for them.
