Video above: Republican senate candidate Nella Domenici sent a cease-and-desist notice to Democratic incumbent candidate Sen. Martin Heinrich over his latest political ad on abortion— A woman stating, "A vote for Nella is a vote for a national abortion ban." KOAT spoke with political expert Brian Sanderoff on how this could affect the 2024 November election. Domenici denounced the political ad telling KOAT it is false and defamatory in an interview on Wednesday, Sept. 4. The problems: First, a C&D filing isn;t worth the paper it;s on. Second, the ad featured words right out of her mouth (has she never heard of video?_ wherein she voices her support for a national ban and complains Heinrich would be against that. Third, her answer deflected from the question and didn't answer it, she only said the people of NM have spoken and voted to keep abortion safe and legal, something the national ban would interfere with.

I remember her Daddykins and the shit obviously didn't fall far from the bat. I hope this wretched creature isn't allowed to ride his name into politics at ANY level, let alone starting at the top by running for the Senate.

I remember her father Pete. I remember making him margaritas at catered shin dig back in the late 20th century. He was Reagan era Repuke. She looks a lot like him. She has a real carpet bagger feel about her. Just out of the blue entering NM politics.

during the latter part of the last century and I was amazed how that old fossil kept winning reelection when I'd heard so many locals complaining about what an old fossil he was.

U aksi renember his political demise. He'd gotten caught with his fingers in the fill and pled senility to avoid prosecution. A couple of years later, he cliaimed a miraculous cure and made noises about getting back into politics, but nobody, not even the GOP, was having it.

Now this chick thinks she's going to suddenly appear out of nowhere and starts in the Senate instead of having more modest ambitions. I don't know who kept voting for her daddy but I hope they won't vote for her.

She's shot her mouth off and know Heinrich's ads will sink her candidacy fast. I hope he doubles down on running them.

Her ad were they ask about where has Heinrich been is such gaslighting. She will probably continue to live back East even if she won the election. We know where she has been.
