Question abt NC PENSION

I've just learned I'll owe $6600 dental fee. I'm disabled. I may be able to get my pension early due to going out of work early.

I'm on ssdi.

Has anyone know if i get the NC pension, it may lower either the benefit of the pension or ssdi? I'm trying to reach social security.

Anyone experience anything like taking pension early due to disability?

A call to the state pension office should tell you, by how much. That way, you can make a determination. If possible, delay it.

Got a nicer person. Bc i paid SS taxes, she said I CAN collect SS and it will not be offset by the pension. But, the pension may be offset by the SSDI. I've emailed the state office to see.
