I would argue the Mechanics Hall in Worcester, Ma should have been the pick in MA

The acoustics in Elliot Hall of Music are incredible. Dan Fogelberg used to choose to play it, despite being on a college campus, because the venue was so good. I've been there, I've been on the stage, I've been in the balcony. The acoustics are incredible.
