Former trucking company owner to plead guilty to fraud
A woman accused of mail fraud and money laundering while running a Bakken-area trucking business with her former husband will plead guilty in federal court in the spring.
A trial for Sarah Creveling, scheduled for the end of this month, has been cancelled, and Creveling is to appear in a Bismarck courtroom on April 11 to plead guilty and face sentencing.

Creveling, 30, was indicted in September 2015 in relation to a scam that prosecutors say she and her former husband, James Henrikson, ran through their Watford City-based trucking business from 2011 to 2014.
The pair allegedly bilked investors out of more than $1.7 million by soliciting investments for new trucks and equipment to be used by Blackstone Oilfield Services. Instead of making money, though, investors were told the equipment theyd purchased was damaged or destroyed, and that they would see profits after the trucks were repaired or sold for parts.
