The gas tax is the most regressive tax there is. Just think what percentage of their income that 18 cents is to a person making minimum wage, compared to someone making $100,000 a year. This is how they get their money back from giving their income tax cuts to the rich by raising the necessity taxes on the poor.

And whatever cost increases result to businesses also get passed on to the end consumer.

he can't ask for any of the 20 or so corporations that benefit from subsidies and destroy our roads and streets to pay for them now, can he? I'm so tired of this entire state.
