Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine looking at county by county coronavirus restrictions

I hope that Ohio will finally require masks! There's too many non-masked people in the Dayton area, and the cases are growing. Imagine that!

COLUMBUS, Ohio - Gov. Mike DeWine -- who in the past had called imposing coronavirus restrictions by county a disaster -- said he’s now looking at such an approach.

DeWine made the remarks during Thursday’s coronavirus briefing when he was discussing hotspots in the Dayton and Cincinnati areas.

“As we move forward into this stage we are in now, we are looking more and more at county by county...As we see alarming numbers in Dayton, as we see alarming numbers in Cincinnati, in Hamilton County, in Dayton in Montgomery, these are conversations that we are going to be having with local officials about what are the different things that we can do,” DeWine said...

... Dayton Mayor Nan Whaley, a Democrat, said she was on the phone with the governor on Thursday morning.

She said they didn’t talk about imposing restrictions on people’s movements and business operations. The discussions were about whether there should be mandatory mask-wearing in the city.

She doesn’t think it’s likely that DeWine will impose a lockdown in her city again.

“It could happen if we get to Houston levels,” she said, referring to the outbreak there. “I hope we can avoid that.”

They didn't do it to the Republican, DeWine! Yet he's the one who ultimately made those decisions!

Dr. Acton was sued by various companies, but I heard nothing about it happening to him! Yet the Democratic governor of California has been sued over his restriction decisions, for example!

Yup and they are so easy to manipulate too

The virus lock down is really cover so "the big government" can come and get your guns.

Vlad Daddy has them dancing to his tunes. They watch Fox, listen to Rush, tune into OAN,
and now watch the News Max channel.

When DeWine was asked at the briefing whether masks could be required in certain areas, he said: “We’re not there yet. We hope we do not get there. This is a discussion that we will have, that our health department will have with their health department.”

Seriously??? States that require masks have flattened the curve, but we have too many cov-idiots who confuse public health with their "constatooshunal rights" to spread infection wherever they travel.

Helpful Jon Husted was on Twitter today encouraging the use of masks citing a Lancet article from June 1--so why wait until the END of June to say something???
